Dodson Appraisal Company is a licensed residential real estate appraisal firm serving south Arkansas. Founded and operated by Trevor Dodson, DAC was built on a simple principle — do it right the first time, every time.
Real estate is not something Trevor came to professionally — it is something he grew up in. Raised in a family with generations of real estate experience spanning construction, investment, and development, Trevor spent years as an investor himself before bringing that accumulated knowledge and firsthand market experience into the appraisal profession. That generational perspective shapes how DAC approaches every valuation — not as a transaction, but as a significant financial decision that deserves to be taken seriously.
As a Certified Residential Appraiser with deep roots in south Arkansas, Trevor brings geographic knowledge of the markets, neighborhoods, rural properties, and unique valuation challenges that define this region — the kind of knowledge that cannot be learned from a manual.
